The only thing I would add to this is to be certain that the fuse jig uprights are not FORCING the fuse to be straight while in the jig. It needs to just sit there in its free state while the wing and stab are aligned. If you force it straight, or take out a twist, then glue in the wing and stab, as soon as you remove the whole thing from the jig, the fuse relaxes and the alignment is off.
I use a similar setup that has adjustable square backtops to square the stab and wing to the fuse. Same setup for alignment of full fuse stunter as well.
