Just finished the Spitfire kit that was put out by Walter Umland and the ACAD done by John Miller.  Very nicely done kit and all laser cut.  I the wing was covered with Poly Span and the paint is Rustoleum black enamel.  Engine is Evolution 36 that has been blessed by Byron Barker.

Hey Mike. neat Spitfire. Great job. It will fly just fine. Did you "enjoy" painting all black as much as I did??? It shows everything. Mine is a Brodak kit. Polyspan and dope.

NICE looking Spit!  Way to go.  Is this the first of Walter's kits to be finished?  Don't recall seeing any others.  I have one of the "old school" models built from an original kit, I'll bet yours was more fun to build...

Where do you live?  I have the kit and it is the usual high standard kit Walter produces.  Don't know if I can do it justice after what I did with the P-39.  By the way I will build mine one of these years.  Mike, yours looks great.  DOC Holliday
