I have read of folks that had questions on how to change the bellcrank and leadouts.  I think the bellcrank is pretty easybut the leadouts gave me problems with my TutorII.  I take sewing thread and CA it to the cut end of the leadout and pull it through.  I then remove the old leadout and glue the thread to the new leadout to re-thread into the wing.  It's harder to write than it is to do .
