How to build the EZ Build Ringmaster part 2

The only part of the kit you actually have to build is the wing and we have simplified that so you don't even need a plan.

I am going to list the building sequence and then the pictures will illustrate it.

1.  Slide the laser cut ribs in the proper sequence over the 1/4 x 1/2" center spar and eyeball space them about 2 inches apart.
2.  Mate the slots in the ribs with the slots in the laser cut sheer webbing.  (Prop the back of the ribs up with some 1 x 1 balsa or other material)
(Note that the sheer webbing has a break away bottom so you can build this wing on a flat surface with no jig.  Break off after wing is finished)
3  Take one of the pre cut 1 1/4" wide strips of 1/16th sheeting and place in the step down notches in the rear of the rib.  (I do the bottom piece 1st)
4.  Making sure your rib is square and straight up and down, hold the strip against the rib and put a drop of thin CA on at the joint.  Repeat with all ribs.
5.  Continue this process until you have all 4 pieces of the trailing edge sheeting sandwiching the trailing edge of the ribs forming your trailing edge.
6.  Take your pre cut strips of 1/8th balsa and glue to the top and bottom on the notch step downs on the front of the ribs.
7.  Take the 1/2" wide strip of 1/8th balsa and glue to the front or leading edge of the wing.  You now have roughed out leading edge.
8.  Install either solid or braided leadout wires (not included) to your bellcrank which is included, secure to the bellcrank platform and install.
9,  Install you choice of pushrod systems at this time then install your bottom and top center sheeting which is pre cut and included.
10. Glue on the included wing tips and sand the airfoil on the leading edge to the proper shape and finish sanding the wing.

Those are the 10 easy steps to building the wing.  Now insert the wing in the pre built fuselage, square, level and plumb the wing before permanently gluing it in.  Glue on your pre hinged stab and elevator and rudder.  Install your included control horn to the elevator and then connect your pushrod.

Put an engine and gas tank on it and go fly and have some fun.   y1
