Fuel Tank Venting

what is the best way to vent a fuel tank with a piped engine? una flow tank with out pressure. <>< and should it be on inboard or out  board of circle?

Randy recommends Atmospheric pressure. Yes on the inboard side. I run pipe pressure. To each his own.
