Foam Wings?

I'm building a foam wing for a p.m. 51 could someone tell me what each core should weigh? Each core is 30 inches and comes in at 4 3/4 oz. Also anyone know how many grams in one oz.?

Are you coring out for leadouts, etc.?

4.75 oz sounds a bit heavy for that size, unsheeted, to me. (Whut do I know?)

Adhesive and sheeting will add weight.

My mistake i forgot to add that the core is sheeted with LE and TE done.
