Flite Streak tip weight
« on: July 24, 2009, 04:55:22 PM »
I recently acquired an old Top Flite Flite Streak kit without the plans. Would anybody happen to know how much tip weight is required?

An empty rolled-up Testors cement tube.  the 25cent size IIRC.

Mine is the solid wing trainer version and it came with 1/2 .oz. I may maiden it tomorrow and see how it does. My engine combo is kinda heavy.
