Buc 746 P Foam wing finished
« on: October 25, 2009, 09:01:44 AM »
First, thanks for the advice and comments on the Super 77 adhesive and GP hinges. My Crist Rigotti cut core is all finished, it originally scaled out at 16 1/4 oz's. To lighten it up I cored out the 5/16" flaps and added ribs, 92 to be exact and along with sanding it now totals 14 3/4 oz. The wing is 642 sq. in. at 57 3/4" , still sounds heavy but that's the way it is.
