Applying false flaps to the trailing edge of the wing

I would like some ideas on the methods you all use to glue false flaps to the trailing edge of the wing making sure they are in the neutral position. Anyone ever devise a jig for something like this?

Using your reference line to set the wing, stab and engine in line with each other should be the same reference for gluing the flaps to the trailing edge of the wing.  Hopefully the trailing edge of the wing is not too thin.   Have fun,  DOC Holliday
