Adjustable rudder

I'm going to hook up an adjustable rudder. Can you tell me the proper location (I know the rudder) and type of hardware that is best.

Hi Leester,
I like to put them on the outside of the circle. This is how I do it.
I use CA hinges for this application, usually two in the fin and two in the fuse. It needs to be low enough to clear the elevator travel. Also depends where the hinge line of the rudder is. But you get the general idea.  ~>

I do very similar to Greg with one exception.  I use a Dubro "Ball Link"  (the kind with the actual "ball post" and the cap that clamps over it), a piece of threaded rod, a nylon quick link and a horn.  One horn and quick link instead of two.  I place a small piece of ply in the fuselage side to epoxy the "post" into.  Do use epoxy to mount the post if you try that method.

A *touch* of offset can come in handy in some cases.
