The late Jim Parson, revisited ...GRUNT FOR MANY SEASONS
« on: February 11, 2009, 02:38:31 PM »
Today...in that same bunch of old negs...I found an old neg of the late JIM PARSON'S and have to share with so many of his friends, colleagues, CLPA peers...
Jim was one of those gentlemen that GAVE SO MUCH TO OUR WORLD. Not only as gifted artistic model maker, stunt flyer, judge..and CARE GIVER to so many of us wayward stunt grunts.

Yes, Jimmy left this world so much a better place and truly MADE A DIFFERENCE for so many human beings.
Any one care to share a JIMMY PARSONS STORY TODAY? H^^

I remember Jim Parsons. He judged many contests I attended. He tended to be pretty tough as a judge, but he had the one thing that you look for. He was consistent. And he didn't miss much.

He was very encouraging to young fliers and would do anyhing for someone if he thought they needed it.

Howard would know. I think he was appointed the CD, at last night's meeting. Which he failed to attend. As usual. LL~ Steve

Me?  I'm too grouchy to be the CD.  People only appoint me because I'm too lazy to submit my expenses for reimbursement.

No, Howard...it's because you don't show up at the meetings. Does this tell you somethin'?  H^^ Steve
