Perhaps this is WHY he's so nervous (actually, this is not the same flight so that was poetic license). BTW, note that the light this day was PERFECT beyond all imagination, this is completely unmanipulated.

However you have that uncanny MINDS EYE that seems to know when to capture the EXPRESSIONS, EMOTIONS, on the faces of those pilots who are engaged in the moment of flying the pattern...

If that pose was seen on Monday Night Football the announcers would be cringing and mumbling "ACL, ACL" all while showing replays of it again, and again, and again....
