In case Jim does not read the post, you can pass along to him that those are some good looking models. It looks like the second one was done with tissue and the cowling really dressed it up.

Yes, I agree, it is an excellent job. The second plane is straight from the kit, using the 1/64" ply cowling that is provided. He did the best job of fitting it and painting the pilots that I have seen.

You did a beautiful job. The Golden Hawk was one of Scientific's most popular models, partially because of the nice box art, and that great gold wing decal. I would bet that Blackhawk has a top seller here, too. Currell
