It is not what I put in, it is what I get out of it. A few years ago I was assisting giving control line flying lessons to a line of youngsters when I stopped to watch the newest pilot getting ready to take off. The pilot looked so serious, determined to do well, as he took off, he had his back to me but when he completed the first lap he had the biggest smile you could imagine.
Then a couple of years ago I was helping at a Boys and Girls Club program where the kids were building rockets. Out of all of the confussion you could see the pride in being able to build something themselves.
So, you see....it is not what I am putting in.....it is what I am getting out.
