HI Gil,

One of the members here or at the BOTR site sent me drawings of a super simple to make 1/2A starter.  If I can possibly find the drawings, you can have them.  Common items and it really works!

Sullivan makes one that works fine.  Try Tower Hobbies, SIG, Brodak, Great Planes and Global.  One of them is likely to be a source.

  Thanks a lot guy's, Larry R I found a Sullivan starter at the LHS and it works well on the C#x engines, got a spinner ordered for thr .061 to try it on..

   y1   Larry, I bought the Sullivan starter and it works real well, thanks for thr heads up.
 Guy's if y'all are looking for a 1/2A starter I can recommend the Sullivan Starter their part number is S 598.
 Picked mine up at the L H S... y1

I recently picked up a norvel starter at a swap meet. It is great! Small powerful and fast.
