When flying my Extra 300S I plan to use smoke as one of my options.  Is smoke like the engine control option that you don't do a specific maneuver called engine control but rather demonstrate throughout the flight that you have good engine control.  I plan to do a loop option maneuver turning the smoke on and off at the start and end of the loop. Also I could turn the smoke on and off at other times such as two on two off during the 10 mandatory laps.  Will this suffice for a smoke option maneuver.
