Larry,
last year (I think) I tried to find a source for head gaskets. The only place that responded to my emails was in the US in the Ohio or Indiannia region if memory serves. Quoted price (for 500 pieces I think) was reasonable but being in Canada the exchange and import duties would have driven the price per piece to an unacceptable point.
I will look for the details when I get home and pass on what I had (providing I find it). As another thought Bernin (XENALOOK on eBay) seems to ramping up production of old Cox bits and pieces and may be doing the same (or at least thinking about) for the head gaskets. Might be worth sending him and email on the subject and see if he has any plans.
I have a large number of Norvel gaskets so I am set for some time but when the need arises I make up a simple punch and make my own as I have done for the Norvel 074 and a few other very old engines.
cheers, Graham in Embrun near Ottawa Canada
