Curious on tank location. I am using an adapter to mount motor to profile fuse. I do not know what tank I am getting, just going by recommendations from hoobby store I am buying from. Any info on this wuld be great

It's a low wing; that's good.  You can mount the tank over the outboard wing.  Push some (square) horseshoe- shaped wire through the fuse from inboard and bend hooks in the ends; strap the tank on with rubber bands.  Put it in line with the engine thrustline, should be close enough.

Nice looking little plane. Notice Frank, one (1) pilot.

Hi John,

Nice work!

Wynn R. did a reduced size Brodak Warbird P-51 for me to use a .061.  I think it is around 32" WS.  Some of these litle planes are surprising!

If that's a Brodak kit there should be a tank listed on the materials list that comes with it. So far all the Brodak kits have been right on the money as to which hardware to install.

What engine are you adapting and how are you doing it? Is it a beam mounted engine or a tankless radial mount...like the Sure Start?

Check on one of the Brodak kits that use beam mounted engines. They will recommend a tank size. One that comes to mind is the Baby Flite Streak.
