We are finishing up a new Avenger kit, it is drying now and will be finished next week.  I expect to have it available before the 4Th of July.  Designed by Paul E. Del Gatto for Scientific models in the late 50's.  Hollow log, 18" span with vac. canopy, guns and antenna optional.  This one has a flat wing but the ones in the kits will have an airfoiled wing.  The model builds easy but the designing to be able to kit it was time consuming.
    Just thought I would show you what we are working on. I will update when it is finished.

Are you saying a twin Avenger (F-82 style) with a .60 on it ... Hummm sounds interesting. 
   Doc, I have been looking at all of the pictures from Brodak's and I was wondering why so many people were building their models up side down ... with the canopy on the bottom and the wheels up in the air?

No Larry, thinking of a Class II or I carrier kit.  As far as all the planes built inverted, that is one of the things that Elwyn does best.  He sent me a pic of my Staggering and with the clear sky I had it hung upside down for a long time until someone pointed out the little cloud under the landing gear.

Could do it like the Berkeley Gaurdian.  The formers were six sided with planks glued on.  Then it was sand and carve to get the shape.   

That looks nice.   

Sound like how the WAM group used to do it according to what I read way back then.  Won't let us use it in AMA compitition.
