Here's the link to the first flight of Alan Hahn's experimental Baby Skyray.  Alan can fill everyone in on the details.

Thanks Fred. This was an experiment that didn't go so well!  ~^
This motor is a bit anemic, and it wasn't helped by the wind that you can hear in the background and the terrific warp in the SkyRay wing (That might explain some of my problems in last year's Coxy-Hazel 1/2 A 100 lap race [Sig Skyray with Cox BlackWidow]!).
Anyway need to go with a higher revving prop or rewind the motor for a hotter run. Also need to take that warp out of the wing. Always had an issue with trying to keep the flat SkyRay wing from warping.

Other than the motor, I borrowed the electronics from the Baby Clown setup.

not bad, but it does seem to need a little more speed, and less warp.  LOL good job

Bill,
That warp probably explains my takeoff into a 1/2 lap wingover and smackdown  n~ on the 1/2A race last year! Need to look closer at these details. HB~>
