1/2 A fun fly tomorrow at Sepulveda basin
« on: March 02, 2013, 03:25:05 PM »
Got my planes ready to go for the fun fly at the Sepulveda basin tomorrow.  Larry Renger and I will be heading out early in the AM.  If you are in the area come on out.

We did have a great day , turnout was good , temperature in the low 70s .
Low key fun event , the good  thing with 1/2 A is how it attracts flyers from the RC area.
They all say " that's how I got started " and talk about their first model.
  Cheers , Bill

We did have a great time Bill, as I was putting my BF109 back together one piece at a time I was laughing my tail off.  I mentioned to Tony we had no choice but to fix our planes when we were kids, we couldn't afford not to.  I think I can speak for Larry we both had a good time and look forward to next year.  Special thanks to Tony Naccarato for all his work.

I definitely had fun. It is always a pleasure to see so many small models at one time. Again, thanks Tony!
Think S.M.A.L.L. y'all and, it's all good, CL, FF and RC!
