If you were much closer I'd tell you to put the wing in your car and get over here. But 3 hours is a bit too much of a drive.
I would take the LE sheeting off, then see how floppy the wing is, and where it wants to sit. Unless you have shear webs in back, the TE sheeting isn't going to add a whole bunch of torsional rigidity -- if it's willing to flop to "straight" (or if it's already there) then I think you can get by with leaving the TE sheeting in place.
It looks like, in addition to the warp, your spars are standing quite a bit proud of the wing ribs -- either you used the wrong size wood, or it's not fully seated in the notches. I'd probably want to sand the spars down flat with the ribs (carefully -- it's really easy to sand huge flat spots in the ribs).
If it's held straight when you put the LE sheeting in, and if it has no stresses imposed on it, then it should be straight when the glue dries.
