New plans

Bill: Sorry about the delay in answering, we just got back from the Nats.

The Unbearable is a profile version of the '96 Bear with different wingtips and
a little different rudder design. My buddy John Grigsby built the original one,
modifying a Bear wing with the glider style wing tips and the different rudder and the
large cheek cowl on the nose. We flew it with a ST 60 and loved it. It's a pretty
big plane for a profile, so the cheek cowl is important to keep it stiff up front.
It's a really good flying, big profile. But, it is also very important to watch
the weight when building.

I've just added another plan to our site. It is another in the growing series
of WWII Combat/Sport/Stunt profiles. This one is the P-51 Mustang. It uses
a Gotcha 400 foam wing core and .35 - .40 engines.

I saw that your list includes Supermarine Spiteful - but there is no picture.

The Spiteful, or Seafang for electric contraprops, would be a good Spitfire alternative for those who are worried about elliptical wings...
