Vendors Corner: do they all still exist?

Looking at the Vendors Corner, I see lots of vendors - but some have had no activity for years.

If there are some that are no longer active, could they be marked (named?) as inactive? That might prevent futile attempts to buy something or ask for information.

Deleting them might be a bit drastic. Some vendor sections have material that is interesting or relevant also outside the vendor's context.
I built a Blue Pants as a kid. Wish I still had it. Might even learn to fly it.

It would be a fun experiment to send every single one of them a message, and list here who replied and who did not.
