Where do I find a "private message" per the notice that I have one?

On the header bar just under and to the right of the Stunt Hangar 20 Year Logo. The envelope should have a number for how many messages if you have any. Just click on the envelope and they will open up. I forget to check. Just found one a couple of months old.

Click on the envelope icon, a dialog box will appear.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.
