Logout question

I log out each time I go off line. When I check, it shows i'm logged off.   Most of the time, I'm automatically logged in when I open the forum next time....  Does this waste bandwidth?  Is there a setting I should change to stay logged off?  Thanx for your help.

I just shut down the page I'm on.  I'm set to stay logged on and if you look at the time logged on you will see only the time you are on the site via the is added.

Your fine just set login setting to always stay logged on when you sign in.
