Please explain the procedure for posting pictures in the new format.

Also the size and number of pictures that can be posted.

OK, you did it.  But how?  I can't find a path to the storage on my PC.

Or at least a picture of the icon for attachments. I ran through all of the ones in the "tool box" above the "text box."
I even read the "help files." One of the options was to link to pictures already on the site storage...but I would have to get the pictures up there first.

Feeling technically challenged at this point. Time for another cup of coffee.

Your picture showed something I hadn't discovered yet...two ways to reply.

I don't know if "quick reply" is the default. But once I looked at your image, I noted I didn't have the option you show.

After a bit more close inspection I discovered "reply" which toggled me from "quick reply" to "reply," and there it was! On my phone I have an option to drag and drop files for upload.
