Now ,Bills got the pictures , dennis has got the pictures , and Kieths got the pictures . Via E'mail .

Now my opinion of computer assisted design ,matches the appearance of the pictures . !

One step forward and ten steps back . To keep it plight .It would be a gross exageration to say somethings going on in this particular instance . As its fairly evient two tenths of five eigths of stuff all (as they used to say ) has gone on . As its not B..... there , or conspicuous by its absence . to be politer .

The wonders of modern tecnology .

Matthew, I cannot speak for the others, but I have simply not had the time to convert the pictures, and host them to my site.  If there is a simple *one click* operation that would make this all happen for me, I would have already had it done.

We ?--  Schoo; fish ! .  Must be the flouride in the water . (softens the brain) . These city slickers ,

  Testing , 1/ 2/ 3/.

Now unfortunately I detest computors . But eventually onell get these little pictures to materialise here ,
Its not really my loss if they dont .Though the lack of flash finishes will disapoint the superficial folk.the
TOPIC is stunt DESIGN .(not ones evil designs , plotting / schemeing etc..

Think outside the square . - get a round tuit .

(possibly should be transfered to (attempts ) at humour at this stage .

Mat sent me his pictures but it took him three emails to tell me how smart he is and how brain dim I am. It took me all of 30 seconds to put his pictures here. Why not just ask for help. You might get it.

That will certainly qualify as a high aspect ratio design. What are the specifics? How does it fly?
The first photo does seem to have a thin wing. Maybe just the way the photo looks.
And Ed, thanks for helping Matt out with his photos.

Right . Help. What id like done is planting trees in the deserts of the planet , before we all shrivel up.
 If theres enough reaforestation 'one' wont have to suck allthe water out of the aquafiers,   So;

Ed , Id actually said your posts apear  rational .  Which is 'kiwi-speak'  stating the obvious .

The head on shot is an MC 72 from back in 2000 , K&B torpedo .40. Probably the easiest plane (of over 100 ) ive flown to do an accurate pattern with .Though if the winds gusty it catches the floats a little, giving a bit of a weaver. misspellings probably correct . A new word ?
16 % airfoil . but its a Sesqui plane ?
57 span and Oz.  Would build one identical scaled for a .60 too.

The greeny things 72 " span . Will give a bit of a bounce if you hit full up hard out of a wingover or hopurglass, if you dont get the timing right.(about 50% which aint bad for 71 Oz and 630 Sq. In wing area.),if I leave out the yards of spruce and epoxy, 1800 grammes will be not to difficult Intresting to fly in a 20 Kt wind ,Being 11 stone with the A/C weighing 71 Oz. ,

     Arch

Having just flown a Cardinal and a Fancherised twister , or was it the other way ? ,

Its not bad , though apparently your only supposed to glide one lap. Where if you pull it through the cut , itl
     do two.

Will get the Email cafe to reduce the other pics , one day .

Prefer the Mewgull and DeH 88 to anything ive flown. Comparable to a Norton Commando set up tight with a KR 76 front tyre.

Have to watch were your going ,but very accurate .  Horses for courses ?

Matt,

My experience with high aspect planes suggests that a bit heavier is better to compensate for the insane amount of lift generated. A bit of weight and drag are not a bad thing.
