Roger:
I think you are looking for Larry Rice.  You can SEARCH on StuntHanger (see the search window near the top RH side of the home page)  Search for Sig Fokker and you should be able to find some more info here...

Yes Larry renger did fly the Fokker D-VII at VSC this year.  If I remember right he did not build it.  I am surprised he hasn't responded to this.  I think it was powered with a McCoy Redhead 35.  Must have done respectable pattern as he beat me.  I do not know if it was a Blackhawk kit or an original Sig kit.  Could have been scratch build also.  Mayb Larry will chime in here.  DOC Holliday

IIRC, Antone Kephart actually built the plane...     I think it was scratch built from kit plans.   And If my Oldtimers  LL~ LL~ LL~ hadn't kicked in, I could remember who has a new kit of it coming out soon....

Antone also flew it at a recent Circle Burners Profile/Classic contest at Sepulveda Basin. It flies good but you will never mistake it for a 38 Special! (To clarify, 38 Specials fly much better but aren't Classic legal as are the Fokker and SPAD). S&S has both in stock.
