Don't copy my designs!
« on: July 11, 2015, 01:10:33 PM »
Busy building a wing for my new stunter.  Installed bellcrank and leadouts OK.  Then installed the two landing gear blocks in the wing, complete with ply rib doublers to support the block.

Something's not quite right.

Oh yes.  I had installed the L.G. blocks on the TOP side of the wing.

Floyd,

There was this guy that had gear on the bottom and the top of his model, or aircraft.

I don't remember where I saw this? Could have been a full size aircraft used in air shows?

I just cannot remember.

Time to start flying like Resinger.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

Sorry, I couldn't resist! Actually that is something I'd do!

Four wheels are not on my plans.  Too late.  I've already fixed my "boo-boo".  Got to be more careful next time.

You are not alone Floyd. I once built up the entire wing only to discover I'd left out the bell crank and lead outs. Still can't figure out how I did that unless the paint fumes got to me.. D>K LL~ LL~ LL~
