Unknown Speed Pan Brand
« on: August 01, 2020, 01:08:37 PM »
A couple of years ago I made an inquiry to see if anyone could identify the manufacturer or origin of an unusual speed pan I have. The best guess at that time was it could be from OPS in Italy. As you can see this pan is asymmetrical in shape but is otherwise very close to a Harter pan overall.

Today I was looking through some old Rossi documentation I have and discovered my pan is shown on an accessory sheet from Rossi. It fits my Rossi 60 perfectly and even has a small recess where the rear needle valve body fits. The inside of this pan has a gold sheen to it. I may tackle another speed model after my Kansas Twister if I can find a source for a suitable Italian speed design. Anyone have specs on Hugo Rossi's designs, or?
