as I understand it for expert 2 way stunt speed it is ANY plane that will fly both ways am I correct???

Any airplane with a landing gear.  Correct.

The ENGINE is subject to some limitations.

I am planning to offer both expert & sportsman class in this event.  No more "closest to average."

I am of the opinion that the fully-modified Fox 35 Speed event has run it's course.  In 2018 there were only 4 entries and all four did 103 or 104 MPH.  How fast can nominal Fox 35 Stunt be made to go?   It looks like the question as been answered.
Are there five guys who really want to do this again?

You only get ONE crack at this.  When they get down to three entries I drop the event and move on to a new one.
