Twosday, 2-22-2022.

I got these planes as gifts from a fellow modeler last September. The repair, rehabilitation, and reengining has been a drawn-out process.  But they're ready to run now.  Both were set up for plain bearing sport engines.

The donor suggested that they would go better with Profi's.  This won't work for me unless I can find somebody with the skeels to make a propshaft adapter for the stubby little shaft on the Profi.

But I was able, eventually, to squeeze in a Nelson and a Fora.

OK, N for Nelson and F for Fora with patriotic colors, too.

These are sport entries with maybe 95 MPH as a best case, 25 MPH behind Bob Whitney.
