Fourth Place, Mike Londke 114 MPH
Fifth Place, Steve Kott, 1/4 lap, bad reed.
It was said the the first three were flying high, whipping, and walking backwards.

Glad you guys got to fly. Was there a height marker? Looks like the young lad was not used to 100+ MPH plane or the pull of the heavy jet. D>K

I'm just kidding about the scores. There were no scores. Winning was defined as not damaging the airplane.

The trick is to get charged with all that but only given a warning.

Samuel is 12 years old. He flew a Nelson Slow at a higher speed and did well at it.

Looking at the later pictures, you have a natural height marker in the back ground, it is the hedge row. In the once available circle in Topeka, it was the 6 foot chain link fence. D>K
