The best part of model control line flying.  Just go have fun and not worry about speed, stunt pattern or pylon.   Seems I remember we had more flyers back then.  DOC Holliday

yes i have a full head of gray hair now maybe the mufflers will hide the gray a bit. i really don't want to be the one that makes us lose our ball-field flying site due to noise .

JOEY I can remember years back when we would go over to the school parking lot and fly all day long, it was always the same people flying. WILLIS, JOHN, JIMMY,YOU AND I. it was like we had RINGMASTERS with FOX- 35 and would fly until we ran out of gas. no one complained about the noise[ no mufflers ] we could not do that today. I think we had a good time PIDDLE FLYING , and if you were to come out to FENTRESS FIELD on SUNDAY you would see WILLIS, JOHN, JIMMY, YOUR DAD and the only one not there is JOEY.

that is one of the things i miss most about not being at home . i was a very lucky boy coming up with a father and friends second to none

 joey...remember the day we flew the jet at cradoch high school 6 times and the d plane?Seems monday morning they put up a new telephone pole in the center of the lot he he he ...still there to this day.

what drove me bananas was playing a little league baseball at james hurst elem. while you guys were flying the jet at cradock high school parking lot,very hard to consitrate when you want to be somewhere else bad.
