We received a long distance entry via facebook.
Welcome Andrew Nugent of Melbourne Australia, our 16th entry.
I have the Whitney photos, but I will need to shrink one to post it here.
I will post the top three (at least) on facebook, too.
Via facebook I have some interest from Sergo Tomelleri, former F2D, now A, flyer from Italy. Someone who lives near Rossi is always a threat.

Hey Paul :o!! I thought you said "I will continue the Perky Postal again this Year of Our Lord 2017. As before, the contest will continue until November 15, .... " I would ask you to hold to that because I've been trying to get a good run but I keep running into problems. The engine and my homemade fuel tank have been giving me a fit!! I was hoping to get in the air this evening and again tomorrow evening the 15th, okay ???
-
:( Oh well! Paul, please forgive my earlier post .... for my Perky 03 .... tomorrow will not come :'( ! My buddy and I did the best we could in five attempts but we couldn't get a flight to better last Saturday's time so I'll have to report that :'( :'(. I wish to report on 10 Nov. 2018, my Perky 03 flew:
13 Jim Carter 69.11 Havin' fun Titusville FL Uctam 111.22 117.90 (26.44)
I copied the info from the Excel spreadsheet that I had downloaded and I'm not sure what columns I and J mean.
(p.s.: I just know Bob is probably laughing at that :-\ but there's always next year .... I hope!!)
-
Jim Carter: please post again with just ONE number,
Your best time in seconds for 16 laps from a standing start.
