Title: Perky Postal FINAL for 2019

I have finally made my final calculations for the 2019 Perky Postal event.  I detected on error in the form of a person having two scores posted.  The correction reduced the number of entries to 13 and increased the average speed to 98.70 MPH.

The 2019 winner is Al Ferraro at 114.4 MPH (184.11 KPH)
Closest to Average is now Carl Dodge at 100.67 MPH, the first time the average winner has been over 100.

Paul, I can't speak for anybody but myself when I say "thank you for your support and diligence"!  You're an okay guy!  Ya' gonna' do a 2020 tally??

I will definitely continue to do the Perky Postal for 2020.  But if participation drops much lower it could end at some time.
This year the entries were down but the average speed was up, indicating a sort of an evolution down to a smaller number of high end competitors.
