I have a question on perky rules. There are no pressurized tanks allowed, is a balloon tank allowed? Not a surgical tubing bladder but a non pressurized party balloon.

Personally, I think the tank should be vented to the atmosphere to be 100% legal.  On a practical basis, if I'm in charge and somebody with a low performance Perky can demostrate that he balloon doesn't squirt out fuel I would let it slide in the interest of participation.

I think that if[ b] I[/b] made a Perky with a balloon tank and won the event somebody would complain.

Take any balloon tank set up right for feeding an engine will dribble fuel if disconnected from the engine.  I've even had metal tanks dribble fuel.   As long as there is no pressure on the balloon, why shouldn't they be legal???

the precident has already been set . they use a ballon tank in slow combat where pressure is not aloud. i think Riley Wooten came up with it.

I think in Perky Speed the guy who gets closest to the average is the winner.
