Perky Postal 2018

Here is the result of what might be the first official Perky for 2018.
   SJAM at Middlesex.  THe wind was steady at 15mph with gusts at 35mph.  There was only one contestant who had the nerve to go up.  'Erstwhile' Ernie Evon made about 5 flights and recorded a top time of  89.9 mph. Magnum .15 with a 6.5x5 APC.  Look forward to better speed in the spring.   TS

I set the end date for The Perky Year at November 15th to get it over with before what some people call the holidays.

Others call it deer hunting or football season.

If you want fly now you can take a shot at 2018.  One person is currently fastest and closest to average.

If you are in the St Louis area - Feb 25 at Buder Park for Perky and Fox 35 speed. It will probably be on the chilly side, ok it's going to be cold. Hats and gloves will be required!

We will have 1st, 2nd, 3rd and average speed for both

 Ahh, now it makes sense. I didn't know that Perky had it's own calendar, similar to the Chinese Year of the Monkey I suppose.  ;)
