The day began with rain but the faithful were rewarded when the rain stopped and blue skies appeared. So, we got right to it.

The long anticipated debut of Dave Edwards' electric Perky took place yesterday also. He flew it at a reduced setting and recorded 75 mph. No smoke but a distinct electrical type smell was noticed about halfway through the flight. Dave will go back to the lab and, hopefully, we will see 100 in the fall!
Fox speed was dominated by Jim Vigani's Whipsaw 107.14
