Just a note about the weather forecast for the contest -
Right now (thursday night) we have a thin layer of ice on the roads but they are clearing quickly and the temps are going to be getting warmer each day with the temperature forecast for Sunday of 52 degrees with light winds. So what ever ice is on the roads now will be gone by saturday if I am reading the tea leaves correctly. The sun will be coming out so that will cause a lot of melting also.
Check the conditions of the roads in your area before travelling, we all need to be safe and be in one piece to fly another day
We will be flying Perky and Fox 35 speed and will have the best average award in both events
These are the other chances to fly CL speed in St Louis this year
May 14-15 - Midwest CL speed contest (all events)
June 4-5 - Fun Fly (speed circle will be available - let us know if you need the pylon)
Aug 27 - Fun Fly
Sept 29-Oct 2 - F2A World Cup

all of the snow has melted off our paved square pad and the CL speed circle, the ground will be soggy but the pavement will be clear and dry. The forecast is looking great for Sunday.
