Just to add my fuel to this fire---this is a great site and should be archived for all the " Proud Perky Owners Guild" members. Lot's of good & useful fotos in the construction and the builders are super good. You have to register to see the pictures however, but not a wasted effort---frankly the District VII site puts mine to shame.
