We have been flying with a 9-6 prop here in St Louis, but I don't know what RPM we are getting.

Bob - We will be flying Fox 35 speed here in St Louis on Feb 28th (ICE-O_Lated Stunt and Speed) if you want to get some official flights in before the Brodak contest. It might be a little bit cold however here in St Louis in Feb, we will be lucky if the temps are in the 40's!

Hey Bob, We use the APC 8x8 as a standard. RPM    14.5  is decent on std 10/25 fuel.

Geez Bob, At least you can do some testing. We are in the ice box up here. Just fussing in the basement but even that is too cold today!

If the weather cooperates I will be testing next weekend here in St Louis, the temps should be high 50's

We are getting ready for the ICE-O-Lated on the 28th

Since I went against the grain and moved North to B.C. I have the same no pavement problem. I test 15-35 size speed projects on an F2D combat wing, alum mounts, launching stooge. It gives a pretty good indication of flight speeds and making changes to the engine.
