I thought I would share a picture of my dad's late 60's Hoyt Cat-Jet. Last flown around 1990. I went through it- new leadouts, bellcrank, pushrod and a fresh coat of paint. Made up some new .022 solids for it. Waiting for it to warm up........

You have GOT to do a video! #^ H^^
-
I will make a video and post when I get a chance to fly it.
-
Bring it along to Huntersville!
-
Jets not allowed at Huntersville. Open flame restricted.
-
Is this a new rule? I saw a video of someone flying a pulsejet at Huntersville last year. If they are not allowed I won't bring it. Mike
-
I would say have a fire extinguisher with you if you fly it.
-
No open flame which includes pulse jets has always been a posted Parks & Rec. rule for the flying site. To do so places our site in jeopardy If the CD allows it, that's the risk.
-
As a guest at Huntersville I would follow all club and park rules. I am not asking for special consideration. I just wanted clarification. That being said, it will stay home. Mike

Guess you had better make sure all IC engines have mufflers affixed. Don't beleive me, run one when it is dark an ope exhaust.

Great work Mike!
The video, you gotta.... #^ #^ #^
