Looks like a Kansas Twister. Too much wing for a Dizzy Bee.

  that  looks like a 7 in prop ,so would make it a 29 ,looks like i tigre 29 head

Looks like a Twister to me with a flat stab.

As I mentioned in the thread about the class "A" looking for an engine, all three classes of the Kansas Twister used the same wing. The one from my "C" kit measures 23-1/8 span x 3-9/16 root chord.

As for the stab, I also know from experience that the V could be a pain. Between engine vibration and landing shock the V joint was a weak point. I know the V was common so the stab didn't get scuffed on landing but it was an issue.
