I am trying to find wheels for 1/2 A Proto speed. I believe they have to be 7/8". I built my own model and need landing gear and wheels. The carbon fiber landing gear I have found online but have no clue where to start for wheels.

It is my first attempt at speed. I have a CS .049 that I picked up used. It will be a 2 line control system. I designed the plane after looking at all the pictures I found online and using the rules to stay as small as possible. I don't believe that I will be anywhere near competitive enough for Nats but I will try to get the best speeds I can out of my skill level (serious beginner). The 2 clubs I have close by fly mostly aerobatics and for fun and I haven't met anyone who is really into speed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

With a good CS.049 you'd be surprised. The prop I'm using came off a CS 049 on a torky that did 93mph. It's on my torky now, I'm trying to tame my handle and LO location. I should break 90 mph with it too.
