Is that going to be sturdy enough to make it there and back?   Hope all goes well for the team also. D>K H^^

Bill - the box will go as checked "sports equipment".  The team manager has it all set up with the airline.
So a 10 lb airplane and 15 lbs of support equipment going in a 60 lb box = 85 lbs.

From the guys that have gone before, the box is plenty strong - 1x2s, 2x2s, and 1/4 ply

Peter, just heard from my source in Muncie .he says the racing circles have not been touched as of yet and they aren't planning on doing anything even for the W/C might want to take a look at the speed circles and see if they are any better  Rad  bob Whitney

Bob, you'd better get a better source.

I flew on site #1 then went down to the racing / scale circles, let’s just say if they are in the same condition for the Nats I won’t fly and Mike McHenry said the same.

We were going to do some cleaning but it was too much.

From a eye witness
