Cross Proposals are to be submitted between May 31 and July 30.

Use the same form as for original Rules Change Proposals but mark them Cross Proposal and include the number of the original Proposal.

HAS anyone submitted the Cross Proposal to lower the "Normal Flight Level" from 6 meters (20 feet) to a lower level like 3 meters (10 feet)?  Otherwise it will remain 20 feet for Normal Level Flight for the next 2 years.

This event is going to be the "New Control Line Precision Scale" event to replace the old Precision Scale and the FAI F4B events.  See original proposal CLS 11-22.

As the proposal states it will use the current 2010 FAI-F4B rules until new rules can be written and approved.

Please info me a copy of the cross proposal you submit.
