Sites to find 3 views for documentation
« on: December 30, 2024, 10:53:45 PM »
I have tried Airliners.com for 3 views for p 51. Not having much luck. Wondering if there are other better sites? Trying to pick a paint scheme. Maybe a racing p 51 if it has a simple scene . Have not painted much so I don't want complicated lettering and insignias .

Try:

Aircraft Documentation Services

He has a catalog with more than 50 listings of 3-views for the North American P-51, a separate section for Unlimited Racers that show more than 60 3-views of P-51 racing planes.  Also has listings for more than 200 photo packs of various versions of the P-51, including the Reno racers.  These packs will include from several to as many as 20 color prints -- priced accordingly.

This is probably the world's largest collection of 3-views and an unparalleled collection of photographs available for scale documentation.  This is a tremendous resource.   You will not be disappointed.

Aircraft Documentation Services is great - https://airdoc.biz/
An alternative is simply do a Google search on "P-51 3-view" and then review the images returned.  I have found many free 3-views this way.
