I just met a new vendor today at the Golden State Stunt Contest . He is selling a complete ready to go 2.4 system
complete with servo, battery, receiver, and trigger controller with aluminum cl handle built in I think for $99.00
He will have cnc cut aluminum parts for the 2.4 trigger controller c/l set up made this week. I will try to get some pictures tomorrow

Hopefully it will have a trim pot on the throttle so one can set the idle on a gasser and or an electric and at the end of the flight turn off either.   All requirements for a good scale flight.

You can also use the trim for electric power to start and shut down the motor just like the glow powered jobs.

End point adjustment is also a great feature, especially when setting up flaps and other features. you can get the flaps exactly lined with the trailing edge and then control how much flap is deployed to match the full size aircraft.
